We provide a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Some orders may be fulfilled and shipped by a third-party supplier.
All delivery times and dates are estimated and given in good faith. Delays may occasionally occur.
DO YOU PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)?
Yes, we offer partial Cash on Delivery (COD). To use this option, you'll need to pay ₹100 for the COD shipping fee upfront, and then pay the order amount when the delivery arrives. This helps us avoid fake orders from scammers.
For example: If your order total is ₹500, you'll pay ₹100 for shipping in advance, and then pay ₹500 when your order is delivered.
**Please note that the shipping cost is in addition to the product total.

Returns & Refund
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are generally not offered, but there are exceptions for damaged items.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISSING?
If your product is damaged or missing, report it within 2 days with proof (unboxing video).
You'll receive a full refund for the damaged item within 7 days of us receiving it. No return shipping or handling fees apply.
WHAT IF I DISLIKE THE PRODUCT?
If you dislike a product, you can return it within 24 hours at your shipping cost. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the unused item in good condition. Shipping charges are not refunded.
WHAT IF I DON'T ACCEPT MY ORDER?
If you refuse to accept your order, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- For Partial COD Orders: The confirmation shipping fee of ₹100 is non-refundable.
- For Prepaid Orders: If the package is not accepted after multiple delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. As all sales are final, no refund will be provided by ZOOLLERY in such cases. However, in exceptional circumstances, either 50% of the total amount may be refunded, or store credit equivalent to 80% may be added to your account.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, you will be issued a full refund in the form of store credits after 7 working days. These store credits can be used for future purchases.
